Timberline Construction and Design is owned and operated by Justin Wallace, a Denver, Colorado based Designer and General Contractor. Justin is a 3rd Generation home builder, and life-long home designer. Growing up in a family constantly involved in Interior Design, New Construction and Remodel projects gave him a passion for all aspects of construction. Starting on the earliest versions of Computer Aided Design (CAD) platforms as a function of his drafting training starting in middle school created a firm foundation in home design that propelled this business to what it is today.
Timberline Construction is well versed in classic carpentry and home repair techniques passed down from Justin’s Grandfather and Uncles involved in the trades since the early 1950’s. Alternately Justin’s experience as the Director of Technical Services for BuildBlock Building Systems, a leading ICF manufacturer introduced him to the latest in High Performance Energy Efficient Construction Practices used today. The combination of time tested construction techniques and cutting edge technology provides a well balanced approach to modern construction challenges.
